[Bug 89899] systemsettings - bluetooth needs kedit

Binary package hint: kde-systemsettings

After a fresh install of feisty fawn herd 5 I tried to configure the
bluetooth discovery profiles. Editing of a new profile is not possible.
kedit is needed for it, but not installed by default. Please change this
to kate or install kate by default.
