[Bug 91337] adept install error during install

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: adept

at beggining of install of packages, when download is finished, the
following message appear at the beginning of the detail view:

DESTROY created new reference to dead object ' Qt::VBoxLayout', <> line
12 during global destruction

install goes will after that anyway.
