[Bug 91420] cannot add printer with an lpd backend

I am trying to add a printer that is connected to a network print
server.  The print server implements LPD queues, so that's the backend I
want to use.

Here is the procedure I use:
* start kcontrol
* select "Printers"
* select "Administrator Mode" and enter password
* select: Add -> Add Printer/Class ...
* "Add Printer Wizard" starts up
* on the "Backend Selection" screen, the "Remote LPD Queue" choice is ghosted out and I cannot select it

** Affects: kdebase (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
