I would like to follow up on this bug report.

What KDE version are you using? Are you still experiencing this after
upgrading to Edgy or upgrading KDE to the latest version?

I vaguely remember experiencing this behavior in Dapper but not anymore
in Edgy with KDE 3.5.6.
