[Bug 92447] The accelerator A is used twice in Network Settings DNS Server tab

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kde-systemsettings

In KDE System Settings go to Network Settings, Domain Name System
settings.  Note that A is the accelerator for the Add button for the DNS
Servers list, the Static Hosts list and the Apply button at the bottom
right -- all of which are currently disabled.

Now enter Administrator Mode and again see the DNS tab. Now the
accelerator for "Add" of Static Hosts has been changed so as to not
conflict with that of "Add" of DNS servers, but still the accelerator
for Apply is the same. (Do some harmless change like typing a letter and
erasing it to enable the Apply button.)

This must be corrected.
