[Bug 92883] Part of the interface of adapt is not shown in German

Binary package hint: adept

When using Kubuntu (feisty updated packages 16-03-2007) with adept
version 2.1.2ubuntu21.

I have setup the locale to German, but only part of the adept interface
is German, the rest is English.

The menu, and toolbar are German, but the rest on the list view is
English.

On the Detail view, the Status and requested change are German and the
two buttons to press are German. All the labels for the package
attributes are English, also the tabs.

Within the tab "Installed Files" the headers are German, the headers of
the other tabs are English.

It might be related to bug #47181
