[Bug 94436] Kate Perl syntax highlighting doesn't highlight literal numbers with underscores correctly.

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kate

The syntax highlighting for literal numbers with underscores is not
working properly.  Only the first grouping of digits is highlighted.
For example if one types in 50_000 only the 50 is highlighted.  The
whole number should be highlighted.  I will attach a screenshot to make
this more clear.
