[Bug 94500] kdepim is not in French?

Binary package hint: kdepim

I am currently using kontact version 1.2.3, the one that comes with Edgy.
aracine at aracine-maison01:~$ kontact --version
Qt: 3.3.6
KDE: 3.5.5
Kontact: 1.2.3

Looking with Synaptic, it seems to be the kdepim 4:3.5.5-0ubuntu1
package.

The problem is that in the translation, 100% of French is translated.

But currently, Kontact is completely in English and my system in French.

Is this a bug? Is there another package to download that I am not aware
of? Can I test something? Will this be fix in the next version of
Ubuntu? Is there too much questions? :)
