[Bug 94649] Credits and License - Bad CC-by-SA link and Contributors page link

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kubuntu-docs

With any document, going to Credits and License link at the top, that
page has 2 links that are bad:

1) Contributors Page - points to help:/common/C/contributors.xml which is not installed on the system and if it was, should be HTML and not XML
2) Creative Commons ShareAlike License - points to help:/usr/share/ubuntu-docs/common/C/ccbysa.xml which isn't installed at all, and if it was, should be the same as #1 and be HTML and not XML.

Working on a fix now.
