[Bug 94615] Re: Firefox launched from alt-f2 doesn't apply all gtk2-qt-engine settings

Just a thing I noticed - GTK2_RC_FILES seems to be set up by Konsole
itself - when I launch xterm, this variable is not set. So, in order to
solve the bug this variable should be set globaly upon user login.
