[Bug 94691] kopete corrupted msn file download

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kopete , ubuntu edigy  ppc

a msn user try to send a file , I see as name file very strange
character like: ççæçâçæç, I accept download, the download arrive until
100% and doesen't stop. I must press cancel and the file is corrupted.
