[Bug 95150] Feisty: KDE System Settings -> Sharing is STILL unreadable

This bug was present in 6.06 and 6.10 and i cannot believe that no one
has fixed it yet for 7.04!

Going into KDE's System Settings -> Sharing, there are notes that
changes must be made as an admin.  Other text on the screen is
unreadable.  When becoming Root the text is still unreadable.  Screen
shot attached.

My resolution is high (1280x1024) but this should be fixed even for low-
res screens.
