[Bug 96148] KOrganizer Doesn't Respect The Time Zone Of Imported Calendars/Events

KOrganizer doesn't appear to understand and/or respect the Time Zone
field of an imported iCal event.

Placing mouse pointer over the clock shows the current Time Zone being
New York

Opening KOrganizer, the going to Settings --> Configure KOrganizer -->
Time & Date shows current Time Zone as America/New_York

Importing the following event;

BEGIN:VEVENT
DTSTART;TZID=US/Pacific:20060917T170000
DTEND;TZID=US/Pacific:20060917T200000
SUMMARY:Florida at Calgary
UID:Florida Panthers Calendar (NHL)2006091703 at sports.yahoo.com
SEQUENCE:0
COMMENT:Copyright 2006 (c) Yahoo!, Inc. All Rights Reserved.
DESCRIPTION:L 1-3
DURATION:PT3H0M
DTSTAMP:20070324T171657
END:VEVENT

Should adjust the time by 3 hours from Pacific to Eastern, but does not.
