Similar problem for me, after a fresh feisty beta install.
My hard disk contains several partitions (ext3, vfat, ntfs)

Open mountconfig, become root, select a partition, modify.. and cancel.
Select an another partition, modify.. (window with wrong selected partition), cancel.
Select an another partition, modify and ... nothing.

Here is the log at that time :
'MountEntryExtCommonUnixLocal' object has no attribute 'setUID'

The module is hardly usable. kde-guidance version 0.7.1~svn20070205-0ubuntu1
