[Bug 96981] kmail: forwarded inline message cannot be read on Mac OSX Mail

Binary package hint: kmail

When forwarding emails "inline" (ie the default on kmail) to users of
OSX Mail, the forwarded part is either cut off or non-existant. This has
been happening for the last few releases of Ubuntu and continues in
Feisty Beta.

Temp workaround: forward emails as attachments.
