[Bug 96906] Kubuntu's wallpaper installer doesn't install packed wallpapers

As you know, there are plenty of wallpapers out there at kde-look.org.
Unfortunately when I am trying to get some of these, some of them works,
and some doesn't... It's because some of these are archived, and the
included downloading tool cannot cope with them. It is necessary to
manually unpack these to get it to your desktop. Otherwise these won't
show up, when you're in a desktop configuration section, despite of the
fact they are virtually included on the wallpapers list.
