[Bug 97087] Adept - finish package setup on crash (run: dpkg --configure -a)

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: adept-common

Force "dpkg --configure -a" to run when one of the adept apps crashes.
Users unfamiliar with the deb package system will be locked out of any
further updates. This would be unneeded frustration that could lend
users going back to windows.
