Sorry, the problem is back on Kubuntu Beta with KMail 3.5.6-0ubuntu6. 
It randomly crashes applying filters (CONTROL+J) to all selected e-3.5.6-0ubuntu6mails (CONTROL+A). Backtrace attached.
