[Bug 98634] the word performance appears on the second line in the popup

Binary package hint: kde-guidance-powermanager

When I set cpu scaling to performance, the word performance appears on
the second line under "CPU Frequency:" This causes both words to be
clipped because the popup/mousover window does not change size to
accommodate the longer words.
