[Bug 99369] Untranslateable strings in systemsettings

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kde-systemsettings

kde-systemsettings in Feisty has two menu buttons called "General" and
"Advanced". Both appear in english although kde-systemsettings is
already completly translated. Probably these two strings located in [1]
are just not ready for i18n.

It would be nice to see this issue fixed, since it should not be very
difficult :)
