[Bug 99453] kdepim exchange connector doesn't work in offline mode

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdepim

The exchange connector shipped with KDE, which does the work of
supporting calendaring features, doesn't work in offline mode.

If connected to the network, it works perfect. But I think it doesn't
maintain a cache locally. Because of this, if I later start my box and
am not connected to the network, I can't access my calendar.
