[Bug 113846] Adept notifier with pinning

Binary package hint: adept-notifier

If you pin a package in /etc/apt/preferences to keep an old version
(Pin-Priority: 1001), Adept Notifier will show the tray icon to inform
there are updates. Of course, it's the update for the pin package and
adept updater will respect the pinning and do nothing.

Can the tray icon will be hide if there only updates for pined packages,
otherwise the notifier is a bit useless because the tray icon is display
all the time.
