[Bug 114879] BasKet doesn't show unicode basket names properly

BasKet 0.5.0 on Edgy and KDE 3.5.5, using an otherwise all-unicode
system, garbles BasKet names (example: Çeşitli -> Çe?itli) (I hope this
form gets the s-cedilla in the proper form right).
