[Bug 114947] Re: Konqueror menus and toolbars broken/missing after upgrade to Feisty

A couple things to notice in the screenshot:
- The "Help" menu is second instead of last. You cannot see it in the snapshot, but the "View" menu is missing most of its items. 
- There is no location bar, no buttons for navigation (and there is no way to enable them)
