[Bug 114996] Konqueror does not open external URL in the right window

Binary package hint: konqueror

Scenario: Konqueror is set to open externally called URLs in an existing
Konqueror tab and several Konqueror windows are open at once on the
desktop.  When an external application asks Konqueror to open a URL, the
choice of which of the the existing windows to open it in is usually not
what I would expect, and the window in which the URL is opened is not
raised.

My suggestion: if no Konqueror windows are open on the same desktop as
the external application, open a new one anyway.  If non-minimised
Konqueror windows are open on the same desktop, select the most recently
used one and raise it to the top of the window stack.  If only minimised
Konqueror windows are open on that desktop, select the most recently
used one and raise it.
