Hi!

Sorry I missed the questions.

I have not had problems with adept lately.  I do, how ever, reinstall my
computer with most every new release of kubuntu and xubuntu there is so
I cannot verify this on an updated version of the same environment.

I agree to close this issue if it is not known that anyone else have the
same problem. If the problem remains for other though, I think it is
badwill for a distro to have a package manager that doesn't work
properly.
