[Bug 115523] add dependency for khelpcenter

Binary package hint: kdegames

I installed kdegames, then I launched klickety.

When selecting, Help -> Klickety Handbook, it shows an error message
about the khelpcenter service not being available.  After I installed
the khelpcenter package, I could browse the Klickety help through the
help menu.

klickety (or kdegames) should depend (or at least suggest) khelpcenter.

I am using the standard Ubuntu 7.04 install on i386, so I don't have all
the KDE packages by default.
