[Bug 116216] Akregator shows incorrect screenshot in warning

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: akregator

When I try to close akregator in Ion3 I get a funny message dialogue
informing me that the application will continue to run in the system
tray - included in the dialogue is a screenshot of the top right hand
side of my screen.

This is incorrect on two counts:

 * Ion3 does not have a system tray
 * Try screenshot assumes that I am running KDE and hence the output is misleading

I categorically state that it is not a prerequisite to run akreagtor
from withing KDE and hence this behaviour is bogus.

If you think that it IS in fact a prerequisite then the debian/control
file should depend on the KDE window manager and the application should
additionally exit if it can tell it is not running under a KDE WM.
