[Bug 107595] Re: Windows icons (icon on titlebar) get resized on maximizing/restoring windows on Kubuntu

Apparently, this problem is about the default window decoration,
Crystal. I changed the window decoration to Plastik and to Polyester, to
test, and the icon was still the same size (the bigger one - when with
Crystal), window maximized or normal. The bug got back there when I
changed back to Crystal.
