[Bug 113508] Re: adept notifier still notifies kubuntu users of apport crashes

I installed adept and adept-notifier version 2.1.2ubuntu26.1 and killed
a program with SIGSEGV.  I received a crash report in /var/crash but was
not notified of the crash report and was not presented with a request to
upload it.  This is the desired behavior.
