[Bug 159600] kde menu entry for 'Keyring Manager' has no icon

On gutsy's kde menu, the "Keyring Manager" menu entry (found under both
'Utilities' and 'System') does not have an icon. The desktop file of
gnome-keyring-manager specifies "stock_keyring" for the icon; a file by
this name is available from the gnome-icon-theme and gnome-icon-theme-
gperfection2 packages. Despite gnome-icon-theme being installed on the
system no icon appears on the menu entry in kubuntu.
