[Bug 162193] gnome-print-manager started when printing with KDE apps

I'm on Kubuntu Gutsy and I have KDE & Gnome installed.

When I'm in KDE and try to print a photo using KDE apps, the gnome-
print-manager is launched (with an icon in the system tray) as well as
the kde-print-manager (also with an icon in the system tray). Obviously,
only the KDE one should be launched. Please note however that If I kill
the gnome-print-manager, it wont launch again if I try to print with a
KDE app.
