Can you guys reproduce this (only the jess crasher)? If so are you
comfortable with rebuilding the libvisual package with --enable-debug ?

if not then i'll be back home later this week and i'll upload libvisual
packages with debugging symbols. See ubuntu bug #150781 if you're
curious about why apport cannot retrace this properly.

tom... lv_flower, lv_gltest, nastyfft require opengl to be working
correctly (yeah, there should be a check run and an error message
produced if it's not working. i'll try and remember to poke someone
about that later) your jess crasher might be related to this bug tho.
