Documentation for
  kdialog --inputbox text init
in the man pages should be
  kdialog --inputbox text [init]
because the initial text argument is optional.

General question for kdialog is if it is is possible to allow the user
to enter no data as valid input. Now only afer non-whitespace data has
been entered the OK button will be enabled. In other words, how to allow
kdialog to accept an empty string? Please implement of document this
within this bug.
