[Bug 172281] kdm: Please add support for ConsoleKit

Binary package hint: kdebase

consolekit and policykit are in hardy now and KDM needs to support it in
order for things like USB stick mounts to work

otherwise errors like "org.freedesktop.hal.storage.mount-removable no <-
(action, result)" will show up in dolphin when trying to access
removable media
