[Bug 147452] kde (qt) programs should have no shadows enabled (Gutsy Beta)

It's a minor problem:

I'm running Ubuntu Gutsy Beta with visual effects enabled and if a kde
(or qt) program shows, for example,  drop down menu, it uses kde
rendering engine and draws it's own shadow and after that, compiz will
add another shadow. The result is not that pretty
