[Bug 147667] [Gutsy] Konqueror right-click menu says "paste URL" instead of "paste File"

Binary package hint: konqueror

Any time I use Konqueror right-click menus to copy/paste or cut/paste
files, the paste option on the menus says "paste URL" or "paste x URLs"
instead of "paste File". The paste still functions properly, it's just a
bad wording.
