My shutdown options are still missing after running upgrade and dist-
upgrade this morning.  This doesn't appear to be just a Gutsy issue,
googling it finds other users experiencing the same issue.  No amount of
fiddling manages to fix it though, I tried editing the kdmrc settings
file manually with no joy.

I think I'll live with it for now and just reinstall Gutsy when it comes
out of beta.
