[Bug 149321] basket notes is no longer embedded in kontact!

On Up-to-Date Gutsy Gibbon.

After the last update the basket notetaking application is no longer
embbeded in kontact, and couldn`t be choosed through kontact ->
configuration -> choose kontact komponents.
