I do confirm this Bug with gutsy RC: When knetworkmanager is set
offline, and e.g a kppp session is up and running then Konqueror is
unable to handle http (>"unable to connect"). Fish and ftp (and maybe
other protos) work! Firefox could handle http the same time so
connection is properly ok.
