[Bug 152787] trying to change download or upload speed couple of times using tray icon changes to unlimited

Public bug reported:

If I change couple of times download or upload speed using tray icon
then it switch speed to unlimited.

For example if I set download speed to 320 then to 120 it will change to
unlimited.
