[Bug 154275] systemsettings crashed when printer icon was clicked

Public bug reported:

Running kubuntu 7.10

Crash happened when I clicked on the printer icon in systemsettings. 
This might be a dupe of bugs

But from what I can see, it doesn't look like it.
