[Bug 154729] login error - unable to reloggin if wrong password provided

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

If you login with a wrong password, then you get a login failed message.
However, there is no way the system resets in a few seconds for you to
login again. You actually have to restart X just to be able to login
once again

This is on Kubuntu Gutsy
