[Bug 155494] QT 4 documentation fails to open.

Public bug reported:

I tried to open Qt Assistant and it says "documentation file
/usr/share/qt4/doc/html/assistant.dcf does not exist..!".

I checked the path and found that there's no 'doc' directory under
'/usr/share/qt4/'. Qt Assistant version is 4.3.2.

I'm running Kubuntu Gutsy.
