[Bug 156219] Installing kcontrol in Ubuntu causes Other submenu to populate with kcontrol app

Binary package hint: kcontrol

I installed kcontrol in Ubuntu to control the settings of KDE
applications.  After installing it, the Other submenu populated with
more than 60 items.  They appear to be the individual pieces of the
kcontrol app.  The only entry that should appear is kcontrol and I think
it should appear in the preferences menu.
