[Bug 157236] Crash when searching while loading playlist

Ubuntu 7.10 (Gnome, not KDE)
Amarok 1.4.7 (using KDE 3.5.8)

I have a large playlist of 5000+ songs. On startup when the playlist is
loading (the song and time count at the bottom keeps incrementing), any
attempt to search crashes amarok. There is no crash message, the program
just hangs, fails to refresh, etc. Because there is no crash log, I
cannot provide one.

Reproducible both with 1.4.5 and 1.4.7.
