[Bug 136520] Limit playlist size by megabytes, not tracks

Binary package hint: amarok

It would be much easier to make optimal use of my iPod if I could tell
Amarok exactly how many megabytes to limit the playlist to. iTunes has
this feature: smart playlists can be limited to N tracks, N megabytes or
N minutes.
