[Bug 137058] kwalletrc not registered?

Binary package hint: kdeutils

On a fresh install of tribe5 and doing updates (as of 9/03/2007) I have
noticed that kwalletmanager's rc file seems to be in
~/share/config/kwalletrc   Shouldn't this be in ~/.kde/<something or
other>?
