[Bug 144531] Knetworkmanager refuses to connect to wireless network

Knetworkmanager refuses to connect to my wireless network.  No dialogue
appears for me to type in my password.  This has worked in tribe 5/6 but
is now not working in beta test.  It is working however in Xubuntu and
Ubuntu.
