[Bug 144815] [Gutsy] Unable to load module "User Management"

Public bug reported:
Installed Gutsy via a daily CD, it was marked as "current" when I
installed yesterday 25/9/2007, and updated this morning. When I click
on User Management I get an error that libpython2.5.so is not found in
path
